Good day, Firstly, I would like to introduce myself my name is Werner, I love rugby I still play every chance I get, we live in Western Australia. I help to coach my sons rugby team and have done so for the past two years U7 & U8âs at Mandurah Pirates Rugby Union Football Club and I must say the kids are having a ball. As the kids get more involved and need more input and advise on how to play the game safely I.E Defensive lines, Protecting the ball, Passing, Tackles, etc. I find myself researching more and more to find good coaching materials books, dvds anything to help me as a coach and ultimately the kids. Are there any step by step easy to follow drills that you could recommend us using, I prefer keeping it simple and basic with the youngsters. Regards, Wener.

I have read U11 RFU rules but would like clarity on the kick off/re-start. If the ball is knocked on at the re-start is it a/ a scrum put in to the team that knocked on, b/ play continues or c/ scrum put in to attacking team? Thanks for any help.

Hello, I have been charged $53.95 on July 15 (AMEX) and January 15 $49.86. I am really not happy with the app as when i receive the emails direct and click on the link from the Netball Coach it NEVER takes me to the advertised Focus. It takes me to my account and then I search for the "Open Up the Court" focus and it is not found.I beleive this overcharge has been occuring from 2018. I am so pleased with all of the drills and advice on rugby. I am a player for my local club and we don't have a coach at the moment so I, as a senior player, am filling that gap. With your help, the team has been able to improve our skills.

I have been using Sportplan now for 3 years and can honestly say that I have never repeated the same session twice. My girls are always focused and are improving every year. Thanks Sportplan.
What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
I can't get enough of the Sportplan, It has given me back the enthusiasm i was starting to lose. My girls are so keen and are ready at 14 to take the next up in their game. Sportplan will help no end.
